I walked into Daniels bedroom this morning, and he was staning in his crib, holding onto the side. I guess it's time to lower the matress. He sure was pleased with himself. He also pulled himself to standing in the tub again. He is getting pretty good at it when he can get a firm grip on something. He pulled himself up on my leg when I was sitting on the couch the other day.
We took dinner to our friends, the Tenneys, last night. I made an italian pasta soup that turned out pretty good. They had a baby 7 weeks ago. She was 6 weeks early, so she is still the size of a newborn. It's hard to imagine Dan was ever that little. I got to hold her quite a bit. We have started telling people in our ward that we are expecting.
I was in the shower yesterday morning and I was watching the little bump in my belly and all of a sudden it jumped! We must have an acrobat on our hands. We were talking with Carson and Maryah last night about swimming with our kids and about how fearless they are. Dan has no fear of the water. He'd crawl right in and under if we let him. I guess that just means we'll have to be extra careful ith him around water.
Garys neice Dyana and her husband, James, welcomed a new little one into the world this week. Aleea Marie Conrad was born yesterday in Santa Monica, CA. She joins big sister Liliana at home, who looks thrilled by the way! Congrats to the family & I hope they're all doing well.
