Starting to Stand

Daniel stood by himself for two whole second last night. Gary was holding him, then let go and Dan stood alone for a couple of seconds, then dropped to his bum. We clapped for him, and I think he thought it was a good thing, he started clapping too. He did it again this morning. We aren't pushing him to walk, but it will be fun when he does. He's not afraid to let go of things and try to stand, or to get to us.
Our friends Natali and Evan Hanson had their baby boy a few weeks ago. His name is Charlie. He was 7 lbs. 9 oz. and 21 inches long. He looks chubby, with a lot of hair!
