Working

Gary's new employer is currently remodeling the public bathrooms at the Sheraton Hotel downtown. Yesterday and today they have been doing demolition. He says he hasn't done work like that since he tore apart Uncle Allans house in Clifton. He had a second interview with a vinyl siding installation place today. That seems like a good job too, though they pay a lot less during their training period. If he did decide to take the siding job, we'd have to buy him a bigger truck and about $2000 worth of tools. But after the training period, he would be his own boss, basically. The company would get him jobs and he'd go do them. He would work 40 hours a week, but they would be flexible. The downside is that it requires about one week a month travel because their company does work from Boise to St. George and Elko to Evanston. He also has an interview Monday for a job with Salt Lake County. Hopefully when all is said and done he'll end up with something he likes and can advance in.
