Sciatica sucks!

Okay, I didn't end up going to church yesterday, even though I was supposed to teach. After I gave Dan his bath, my nerve pain got so bad that even crawling didn't help. I called around to people in the ward, looking for the Sunday School president (who wasn't home) and finally got the Ward Clerk who said he would take care of my class. I felt bad, calling these people, bawling, but it was all I could do. The Elders Quorum president stopped by to see if I was okay, which was nice of him. Mom and Dad came over and helped me with Dan and some cleaning so I could lay down with the heating pad. I am so glad we are close to family right now! Gary took me to the hospital when he got home from guard. The nurse/midwife said I would probably need physical therapy, and she gave me some stronger pain killers. I have been trying to get a hold of my doctor's office to get an appoinment like the N/MW said, but no one is calling me back. The pain got really bad again last night after taking a bath, so I'm only going to shower from now on until the baby comes. It was pretty bad all night too, but is beter this morning. I can at least walk around and do things I need to. The things we go through for kids.
