We had quite the weekend in our house. Saturday morning Dan fell down the front steps, and kept throwing up afterwards. So we took him to the ER and spent most of the rest of the day there with him. He is fine now, but it was scary for us. I think what happened is that he stepped out of the doorway and wasn't holding onto the door jam like normal. The momentum of that first step just kind of propelled him forward and he couldn't stop before he reached the other steps and tumbled head-over-heels down them. He didn't go all of the way down - his legs got tangled in the railing about halfway. They did a C/T scan at the hospital, which came back normal. They said he didn't have a concussion and that vomiting was a normal childhood response to pain. I am glad he is fine now.
Sunday night, I was up three times vomiting myself. It seems that three of us caught the stomach flu that Gary's parents had. Gary stayed home from work Monday, and I spent most of the day in bed. It is a pretty nasty little virus - vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, body aches, the whole works. Not fun. We are all feeling better today. I just hope Jack doesn't catch it.

Greetings from San Francisco. We will be returning home tomorrow night. We have both decided that San Francisco is not our town. Glad that you all are feeling better especially Danny. Grandma and Grandpa Johnson
