Cereal Success!

Jack ate cereal successfully for the first time today! Now to most of you, that isn't such a big deal. But to me, it is a step towards him not depending solely on me for his nourishment 24-hours a day. It is especially poignant this week, as he is beginning to bite. He actually enjoyed eating his cereal - we would open his mouth for the spoon, and fuss when he wasn't getting it fast enough. He still has a thrust reflex with his tongue, so some ended up down his chin and onto the bib, but it was mostly a successful endeavor.
