Daniel's Beach

I set up the kiddie pool this morning for the first time. I was going to fill it up in the morning so the water could warm up a little before the boys got in, but the water wouldn't cooperate. I turned it on via the valve under our living room floor, and the pipe burst! Luckily my Dad only lives a few minutes away & helped me turn the house supply off until he could fix the pipe. Once it was fixed, I filled up the pool & let the boys play to their heart's content. Daniel was calling it "My Beach." Jackson didn't like the cold water at first, but warmed up to it after I let him sit on the rim with just his feet in for a while.
On a very happy note, Dan's potty training seems to have taken hold. He has made it all week without a daytime accident. He wet the bed a couple of times, but I credit that to him being sick. Yay Dan! I'm not sure what finally made it click - the cold showers, or the Cars rewards. My bet is on the Cars.
