I must say that banks are not my favorite institutions right now. Gary and I put an offer in on a house a week and a half ago and we are still waiting to hear back from the bank if it will be accepted or not. The seller countered our original offer & we accepted his counter so it went to the bank for approval, since it is a short sale. We called Friday & they said it would be that afternoon or Monday. It's Wednesday & still no word. Gary called again today & the selling agent said it should be today. I'm not holding my breath. It is frustrating because I want to make plans for what we can do to the house in way of remodeling, but don't want to get too attached in case we don't get it. *sigh* Okay, I'm done complaining. Boy do we know how that all goes. I'm sorry it's taking so long but it goes with the territory. Hope you find out soon and GOOD LUCK! How exciting that is for you guys.

What a great looking house! Mike and I dream of a house with a driveway, garage and not attached to anyone else. Just keep bugging the bank, they drag their feet on these ones for who knows why! Good Luck, we hope it works out for you guys.
