Drama, drama, drama!
Our realtor called and said that the seller didn't leave any keys at his closing. Apparently he was ticked at his realtor because he (the seller) isn't getting any money out of the house (it is a short sale). So he signed the papers, but left in a huff and didn't leave the keys. So now we get to spend $150 and have the whole house re-keyed ASAP. Fun, fun, fun!

Oh, Joy... Or something. (((HUGS))) At least you don't need to worry about him having extra copies and breaking in... Hope that's the end of his shenanigans... (Irish word in lieu of the holiday), Happy St. Patties Day BTW! (((HUGS)))
