Never underestimate springtime in Utah. After enjoying a nice 60-degree day yesterday I woke up to snow this morning. We sure do get some strange weather patterns here.
Today will be filled with more unpacking, a trip to Bukoos for rugs & towel bars, and a couple other errands. I think I need to clarify our Easter dinner - it was potluck and we ate on paper plates in the family room (the only room without boxes)! Definitely nothing fancy though it was yummy!

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that swore there was snow on the ground this morning. I woke up, looked outside and could swear that the frost looked a little thicker than normal. What a crazy morning. Foods good also good no matter what you eat it on. My husband says it still tastes good even after it's been on the floor with dogs eyes staring and wanting (luckily only staring and not drooling all over or biting, YUCK!)
