The seller of the house is MIA. (Needless to say he didn't close today.) He moved out of the house last Saturday. Since he moved, no home phone. His cell phone is dead. He didn't leave his new address with his agent. When his agent last spoke to him (and set up the Wednesday closing date) he said he had a new job & worked until 5 each night, so couldn't close until after then. Our agent spoke with his agent today and his agent can't find him. Great. Now what do we do? Just sit and wait in a house full of boxes! Argh!

I'm really sorry about all this. If or when you guys get the house we'll only be 10 minutes (with traffic) away from you guys in about 3 weeks. At least every thing's on paper so you'll end up on top. (Try thinking of the positive.
