Okay, so I have been a lazy blogger the past week. I have been thinking about things I should blog about, but never really got around to doing it. Friday morning we took the boys to Willow Pond in Murray to do some fishing. I think we got there too late. The fish weren't biting and it was hot! We'll have to try another time. Daniel did catch some water plants that he was quite pleased with.
We went on a little spur-of-the-moment camping trip this weekend. We went over past Grantsville to South Willow canyon, the Loop campground. It was just an overnighter but it was fun. The boys did really well - no screaming at night (as has happened in the past), no major injuries, They did good. Their favorite activity was throwing rocks. It must be a boy thing. We really need some friends to go camping with us, though. Had we been there any longer we would have gotten bored I think. Anyone want to sign up for a camping trip?

We took Evan's bandages off for good last night. His hands smelled a little funky (I don't think they were all the way dry when we last wrapped them up), but a bath took care of that. He is quite pleased to have his fingers to suck on again. His scars look good, mostly like rough patches of newer skin. They really aren't even noticeable unless you look close. I bet in the future they won't even be seen without very close examination. At least we have pictures to remember his extras by. I haven't taken pictures of his new thumbs (without stitches) yet.
Tonight Jackson was playing cars on our fireplace surround. I looked over because it seemed as if he hadn't moved or made a sound in a little while, and it was because he was asleep! He had fallen asleep kneeling right there by the hearth. I laughed so hard! That is something Daniel has done, never Jack. He must have been really bushed!
And, just some random photos for you all.

Craig's family goes camping every year around this time. They bust out everything. The kitchen, the badmitten, the four-wheelers, the glow in the dark volleyball, etc. It's a real blast but we go for at least 5 days, otherwise it's not worth setting everything up. We're usually up for camping but not this year. I'm definitely not going this year since I'll only be 3 weeks away from due date but Craig might take the kids down for a day. Anyway if you catch me on a none pregnant year we'll go.
Oh come on - I camped pregnant last year!
We would love to go camping sometime! Joseph went on the father and son's overnighter this wekend because they needed some extra help. He loved it! Then he mentioned it would be fun to go again and of course Nathan has never been camping before so I am sure he would love it.
If you're willing to come up to Logan canyon, we were already planning a trip for the 24th of July weekend. We'd love the company! (And yes, I'm camping pregnant!)
