Today we are having Evan's birthday party with our families. I made him a polar bear cake and I think it turned out so cute. I an glad I was able to finish his cake. It took me two or three tries to get the layering right with the new cake pan set I bought (a checkerboard cake) then I woke up this morning with a headache and sharp lower abdominal pains. Gary took the boys to church while I tried to sleep off the headache. I decorated the cake after they cake home & were all napping. The headache is still there, but the pains have subsided. Thank goodness. I am excited for the party any way. Can't wait for Evan to dig into his cake.
GD10: I am thankful for a warm home and a comfy bed.
GD11: I am thankful for Tylenol and a hubby who is willing to take all three boys to church by himself so I can try to sleep off a headache.
