Christmas with Nana

Back in October I located my birthmom, Meg. It was kind of a surprise thing, and it has taken me while to wrap my head around the idea, but I am doing okay now. She is a really nice lady, and has no other children. She has always hoped I'd find her, and now that I have, we are planning on keeping in touch on a regular basis.
So far we have gotten together about once a month, and we communicate on Facebook regularly. The week before Christmas Meg came over for dinner & brought Christmas gifts for us and the boys. She spoiled the boys (who call her "Nana"). Daniel was given the Handy Manny Repair Shop, which he wanted so badly. Here is a video of him opening it, it cracks me up.
We had a great time visiting with Meg and look forward to getting to know her better. Here are a few more photos from Christmas with Nana:

I have been wondering what you've been up to. That's amazing that you've found her. My mom has been searching for her birthmother for a few years now with no luck. I'm glad you're doing good and Happy New Year!
