Daniels First Birthday...

It has come and gone! All of his grandparents came down for the weekend. They drove down from Salt Lake and got here on Saturday morning. Daniel got lots of toys - cars, beach toy, noise-making toys, books and clothes. If he was older I'd worry about him being spoiled. We had a fun birthday party on Sunday. I made a fish bowl cake, and a little cake just for Dan. We thought he would destroy it, but he kind of just picked at it. He did like the chocolate frosting, I guess he just didn't want to make a mess. Grandma Johnson was calling him "Dainty Dan." We had lots of food and "Ocean Water" to drink.
Dan got one very special present from Mama and Papa. It will be his favorite, thought he doesn't know it yet. He is going to be a big brother! We are expecting around March 10th.
