The Climbing has Begun...

Dan learned how to climb onto a box to reach the DVDs on a higher shelf today. He was in seventh heaven taking them all out and throwing them on the floor. Luckily it isn't a very tall box so he doesn't have far to go when he tries to sit down and the floor isn't as high as his perch.
I saw a funny thing today running errands. I was sitting at a stoplight and a big ol' Ford F250 pulls up a few lanes over. I look over and up pops a little chihuahua in a cute little shirt. Now there's something you don't see every day. Kinda ruined the whole "big tough guy" image for me.
Gary is still hunting for a job. He had an interview today but it turned out to be at a staffing agency and the job he had applied for had already been filled. I hope he finds something soon.
I'm working on my talk for Sunday, but am still kind of stumped. Why must they make the newbies speak?? Hopefully we'll have some of our parents there to watch Dan while we speak. Not that he wouldn't want to be up there with us, we can hardly keep him off the pulpit on a normal Sunday. Maybe I should let him give my talk. I'm sure it would be a very informative mix of "hi", "Buh-bye", "Mama", "Papa", "Dax" (his word for Max), "tookatookatookatoo", and other gibbers.
