Temple Night

Gary and I were able to go the the Salt Lake Temple last night for our Stake Temple night. We got to be the witness couple. I think it is the 4th time we have been the witness couple. After being gone from this temple so long I had forgotten how colorful it is, compared to the other temples we've been to lately. It was a really nice time. I hope that we can start going on a regular basis again, now that we are back in the valley.
After our temple night we stopped at Hires Big H for a treat. That is where we went on our first date. We used to always get a grilled cheese sandwich, banana split and a drink. This time we got fries, a hot fudge brownie sundae and a rootbeer. It was really good.
My mom and dad watched Dan for us. They said that he "discovered" their cat, Socks, and she actually let him play with her for a little bit. But when she got fed up and walked off, he started bawling. I think he must be used to Max - he lets Dan beat up on him.
Dan is getting his last 4 teeth. He will get more when he is about 2 (his 2-year molars) but after these, he should be done for a while. His new trick, as of yesterday, is climbing onto the table. He'll climb onto the chair, stand up, then climb onto to table and crawl around. So we keep all of the chairs tucked in when he is around. Little monkey.
