Walk the Line

We went to see "Walk the Line" last night. It was really good. Joaquin Phoenix did an amazing job as Johnny Cash. I learned a lot that I never knew about him and June Carter. We left Daniel with Gary's parents and went to the show with Eric and Larry. It was the closest thing we've had to a date by ourselves since last winter, I think.
Thanksgiving was good. We really enjoyed seeing all of Gary's family and spending time with Susan and my parents. Daniel didn't get a nap, so he was pretty bushed and grumpy by the time we got to my parents house. He had fun though.
We did go shopping on Friday morning, as per tradition. Gary and I actually went to Best buy at 2:30 am to get in line, but we only stayed an hour and decided we were too far back to get the vouchers we wanted and gave up and went home. Susan, Mom and I went to the others stores starting around 6:30. I bought a few small things, but nothing big. I've had Daniels Christmas finished for a few weeks. We did buy some digital cameras to resell on eBay. Hopefully we'll make some money on those.
Daniel is teething again. He doesn't want to eat anything but applesauce and is pretty grumpy. Right now he is supposed to be napping, but he is in his room crying. I guess I should go get him, I'm pretty sure he isn't going to go to sleep.
