Jack has been teething since he was two weeks old - really! They have been coming up and down, but never breaking the surface. He finally had his first tooth pop through yesterday. That explains the extra fussiness, clingyness, etc. of the the past week. What a relief!
I was about at my patience end today. Dad rigorously fought taking a nap for TWO HOURS. Then, as I had gotten Jack to sleep, I accidentally awoke him coming in the door & he started bawling. So I ended up just sitting with him until he went to sleep, and hoping Dan stayed asleep for a while (once he dozed off.)
Daniel said his first full sentence this morning. He was playing in his room as he usually does in the mornings before I go get him and I heard through the monitor "Mama, where are you?" It is his first sentence longer than 2-3 words, that he has said all of his own accord.
