Family Halloween Evening

We had our annual Johnson Family Halloween party tonight. We held it at Jeff's parents house, since everyone else's houses have one construction project or another going right now. We had our traditional chili with rolls, crackers & a cheese ball, Halloween punch & eyeball cupcakes. Plus various candy treats. Shelly & Jeff have a friend visiting them from Australia who was there also. The boys had a lot of fun in their pirate costumes, playing with Aunt Suzy & Tyler. They all played ring around the rosie (a new favorite). Jackson spontaneously tried to hug Tyler at one point. It was the first time I'd seen him try to hug another kiddo & it must have scared Tyler because he started wailing.
I was looking at posts from last October's blog. The boys sure have changed. Even Dan's voice has changed since then, in addition to him looking older. Jackson has come leaps & bounds in a year - walking, talking, aggravating his brother... It sure is amazing how fast they grow up. Next year at this time we'll have three little boys. What will we do then?!
Speaking of the third boy...
Daniel felt the baby kick yesterday when he was sitting by me on the couch. The baby was moving, so I had Dan put his hand on my belly to see if he could feel the baby. Sure enough, the baby gave him a good kick! Daniel then wanted to see the baby, but I told him that he was under Mama's skin & he couldn't see him yet. It was a sweet moment for me. We are still kicking around names. There is one we're leaning towards, but I think I need to see him before I can decide for sure.
