We had a yummy dinner tonight. I made a new recipes called Chilaquiles. I thought you all might like the recipe. It is sort of like a Mexican casserole-type dish. I also made some homemade tortilla chips with the leftover tortillas & we ate them with salsa while the casserole baked. The recipe is on the Recipes! page, linked on the right.
