Yummy

We had a yummy dinner last night. I had been tempted by all the ads on television advertising fish tacos. So I found a fish taco recipe and cooked some up. They turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. I used tilapia for the fish. For the salsa I used our salsa recipe & we filled them with shredded cabbage and spicy sour cream. They will be a good way to get more fish into our diet.
As usual, I forgot to take a picture. I will try & remember next time!
