I took him in for his five-year checkup the week before he started. He was so excited, because he knew he had to get shots before kindergarten. I'm not so sure he was as excited when the shots were administered though. He weighed 42 lbs and is 41 inches tall.
Daniel is in Ms. Little's class. So far he still likes school. I am a little worried that he will get bored, since he already knows all they will be teaching him. He says that he gets to practice his reading though, so that is good. He is reading very well now. He can sound out words and loves to sit on the couch with a stack of books and read through them one by one.
