I took the boys to the pumpkin patch this past Friday. It was a beautiful day and the patch was almost empty of people. We practically had the whole place to ourselves! We went to Pack Farms Pumpkin Patch up in Farmington. We had gone to this same patch last year with Dan's preschool class. Jack's class isn't going this year (to the patch or to the zoo) because someone complained about the busses not having carseats. Poor kiddos! Dan & Jack were both excited to get to go with me on Friday though.
The boys loved running around the patch and picking out pumpkins. Every pumpkin he found Daniel would call out "I found the perfect pumpkin!" Jackson was very intent on finding his perfect pumpkin too, though he wasn't so eager to call every once the perfect one.
Evan was being a little stinker and wouldn't look at the camera when I tried to take his picture (most of the time). He liked to walk on his own, but would freak out when he fell down and got dirt on his hands. By the end he was wadering out among the pumpkins and I had a hard time getting him to come back to me. Luckily the place wasn't busy so I didn't worry too much.
The patch also had a hay bale maze. Daniel remembered that from last year and was so excited to run through it. All three of the boys had a great time running around the maze. I think that was why Daniel was so quick to proclaim every pumpkin the perfect one - he wanted to get the picking over with and play in the maze!
It was a really fun afternoon. I am glad I took the boys up while the weather was good ('cause it's snowing now!)

I love the picture of Evan! So cute. I'll try to get you the pictures of Leia's party soon.
I saw your post last week saying you were heading up there, I so badly wanted to come with and we would have if we weren't a bunch of sickies. I love all the pics!
