Dan the Jester

I had a coupon for a free portrait session and free 8x10" at The Picture People, so I took Dan in to Tucson today to get his photo taken in his Halloween costume. He was very good, except that he wanted to be on the move instead of sitting/standing still. He didn't try to take the hat off, which he usually does. His pants are a bit big in the waist, so I'll have to tighten the elastic before Halloween so they don't fall down. I think the two pictures I picked turned out really cute. I couldn't just pick one, 'cause the close-up was my favorite but I wanted a full-body shot of his costume. I also took the car in to get realigned while we were there.
Yesterday Dan wouldn't take a nap for anything. Finally i had to put him in his crib and let him fuss and scream until he went to sleep. Even then he only slept about half as long as he usually does. I thought he wold take a nap today, but it looks like another fight. He is usually such a good sleeper.
