Airshow

We took the boys the the airshow at Hill Air Force Base yesterday. It was a nice day - not extremely hot, but not chilly either. They had all sorts of military and civilian aircraft on display. They had planes flying - doing stunts and a mock dog-fight. They had rare planes flying, dating back to pre-WWII. They also had the Navy Thunderbirds there, but we didn't stay long enough to see them perform. It was neat. I wish we would have brought our video camera. I ended up with a sunburn (didn't put sunscreen on my neck & arms), but no one else did so that is good. Dan got a little plastic jet fighter from an air force member. Jack slept through most of it (except when the really loud planes flew by.) It was a fun morning with the family.
