Standing!

Jackson learned how to pull himself up to a standing position today. I was doing something in the dining room and I looked over into the living room and Jackson had pulled himself up on the blocks box and was happily digging through them. He has been pulling himself up on things ever since. He has taken a couple of tumbles - he doesn't have the greatest balance while standing yet. It will come. Soon he'll be walking and chasing Dan around the house. Sniff, sniff... my baby is growing up!
Daniel, however, seems to be regressing. He sees things that Jack does (and subsequently gets attention for) and he imitates them. For example, Jackson tried to stand up using a wipes container and tumbled over, hit his head, cried, and was picked up. Ten minutes, or so, later Daniel is pushing up on the wipes box, pretending to tumble over it, to see if he'll get the same reaction. Silly kid!
