For a song with dubious roots, "Ring around the Rosie" was certainly a huge hit tonight at Grandma & Grandpa's house. Susan was playing with the boys & they got into a round of "Ring around the Rosie." The boys would take hands with Susan & walk around in a circle, singing the song, then fall down (around "ashes, ashes") and laugh hysterically. Eventually Dan & Jack were doing the rhyme by themselves. I will have to try and get it on video. It was pretty entertaining to watch and I am sure Susan will sleep very well tonight. The boys wore her out! They sure do love playing with her though. As Susan says "Being the favorite has it's price." Not too harsh a price though - in return for complete adoration??

Just for the record....I never said it was a "bad" price; just a price. :) And the "payback" is well worth it.
