Yesterday was Daniel's first day of preschool. He was so excited. He loaded up his backpack with his ABC coloring book, crayons, and his Bob the Builder pencil & notebook (and Mama put in an extra pair of underpants, just in case). They had an open house for the kids & their parents. Grandpa stayed at home with Jack & Evan while we went to school. Daniel got to play with the other kids, make an artwork hanger for home and they had a story. His teacher's name is Mrs. Payne. There are three kids from his Sunbeam class at church in his class at school (Charlie, Samantha & Mya), so it wasn't foreign to him. Not that he was going to have problems - he absolutely adores school. I hope he's the same way when he is a teenager! We weren't there for the full three hours (only about an hour and a half) but he didn't seem to mind going home when we did. He gets to stay the full three hours today. I hope Jack doesn't freak out when he doesn't get to stay with Daniel.

Coloring his name card.

It looks like Daniel had fun. Eli also started preschool again. I guess summer is really over isn't it? I admit that I'm glad school started again. It's a nice break for both Eli and I. Heather
How exciting! Daniel looks like he was having a great time!
Fun Fun! I can't wait for Noah to start... and no... no word yet. I'm bugging them again today.
